As of March 1, 2026, the Dutch Representation in Willemstad (VNW) will move to Cas Coraweg 1, opposite the Guardian Group.

Public Counter Reopens by Appointment on March 10
Due to the relocation, the VNW public counter will remain closed during the first week of March. Starting Tuesday, March 10, the counter will reopen by appointment for the following services collecting a DigiD activation code, obtaining a attestatie de vita stamp (proof of life certificate), applying for an eNIK (electronic Dutch identity card), consular inquiries.
VNW’s opening hours remain Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Visitors need not wait until March 10 to contact VNW. During the closure, appointment requests can be submitted via vnwinfo@minbzk.nl. For urgent consular matters, emailing the same address will prompt a swift response from VNW.
Phone Availability
As of March 10, VNW will be reachable again at its original number: +599 9 434 3200. The previously communicated temporary number (+599 9 650 0672) will be discontinued as of March 1.
