To collect your DigiD activation code, you can visit us in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM without an appointment. Please bring your Citizen Service Number (BSN), counter code, valid ID, and your mobile phone.

You can request your DigiD service code in advance via www.digid.nl/buitenland.
